This is the first collection which Emma Grzonkowski has produced in an entirely monochrome palette.
Like many of her works the themes present within these paintings are central to emotional portrayals from her own experiences and also universal narratives.
The central focus of this body of work is of a reflective nature. Which goes hand in hand with the aluminium she has chosen to work upon.
The subjects emotion is reflecting upon a glimmering surface, which are also reflecting back at the viewer parralelling the introverted moments which Emma has expressed.
