"'It felt natural to me to create something completely different to my usual figurative work after the birth of my son. Mainly because I am no longer the same person I was. Motherhood has changed me entirely in ways I had never imagined. Not just the tired eyes... but something in my soul has shifted, a new energy, a new light and a new found appreciation for life itself.
